The lyric that you shout into the hairbrush

In the studio when that last considered look

When you put in the final screw and step back

In the conversation with a friend 

Breathless with laughter

In the moment when you think

This is the only moment there ever was and ever will be

Each swelling of joy 

Elbowing the anxiety and grief and loss and sadness

Out of the way, just for a minute

Realizing reality is both 

Dark and light
